1. Creating Your First Ticket To get help, simply click the "New Ticket" button on your dashboard. Be sure to select the correct category (e.g., Billing, Technical, or General) and provide a clear subject line. The more details you provide, the faster our team can assist you.
2. Managing Your Profile In the Settings menu, you can update your avatar, change your notification preferences, and enable security features like Two-Factor Authentication.
3. Searching the Knowledge Base Before opening a ticket, try using the search bar at the top of the page. Most common questions regarding account management and billing are answered right here in the articles section.
